● Our factory was established in 2002 ,with more than 20 years of establishment, we have been committed to the production and development of high-end clothing.
● The factory is located in Tianbao Economic Development Zone, Baodi District, Tianjin. Decades of technological accumulation and inheritance have made the workers' production techniques more proficient. At present, there are more than 20 employees in our factory who have been working for more than 15 years, and the staff is very stable, which fundamentally ensures the stability of the product processing quality. At the same time, every year we hire professional technicians to train new process methods to ensure that we are in line with the latest domestic and international process flows.
● In terms of transportation, the total import and export volume of Tianjin Port Customs in 2024 was 250.5 billion US dollars, making it one of the main ports in China. Our factory is less than 100 kilometers away from the port. The convenient and mature logistics transportation can effectively reduce costs while ensuring timeliness.
● In 2024, our company's newly built intelligent factory was officially put into use. The new factory covers an area of 20 mu, with a building area of 10,000 square meters. The most advanced domestic intelligent clothing hanging system has been introduced. While improving production efficiency, it effectively avoids the inherent problems of traditional production lines such as dirt and garbled codes. At the same time, our company is equipped with independent areas such as a cutting workshop and a packaging workshop, which are each managed by dedicated personnel. Thus, from the customization of surface and lining materials, cutting, garment production to the final packaging, all processes are completed within the factory. This can effectively reduce the capital and time costs of intermediate processing and transportation, and maximize the production speed and product quality.
